June - Mini Flattie the Echidna
June Proudly supported by Ekhidna Wines
Mini Flattie
Rescued : 12/04/2025 Reason: Vehicle strike Sex: Male
Without a passing driver stopping ️ to check an echidna bleeding on the road, Mini Flattie would have endured significant pain and would be unlikely to have survived.
Without SKER's experienced veterinary team , Mini Flattie may have been euthanised due to the extent of his broken beak .
Without your support , we couldn't afford to give echidnas like Mini Flattie the second chance he deserves .
Having gained 50% of his body weight and his beak almost completely healed , soon it became time to say goodbye to this little guy into the wild, who our team has been so privileged to care for.
How I got my name: He’s from Mclaren flat and he is only little
